Erling Haaland obliterated a Champions League goalscoring record at Etihad Stadium as Manchester City booked their place in the last 16 with a stunning 7-0 demolition of RB Leipzig.
The prolific Norwegian plundered his 25th goal in just 20 appearances in the competition, eclipsing the previous best mark set by Robert Lewandowski.
Haaland's latest goalscoring exploits came in a devastating first-half display from City, who raced into a 4-0 lead inside 32 minutes.
Riyad Mahrez opened the scoring with a clinical finish after just 27 seconds, before Haaland doubled the advantage with a towering header.
Jack Grealish then got in on the act with a close-range effort, before Haaland struck again with a stunning strike from outside the area.
Leipzig offered little resistance in the second half, and Haaland completed his hat-trick with a cool finish from close range.
Substitute Bernardo Silva and Joao Cancelo added further goals to complete the rout, as City extended their winning run in all competitions to 11 matches.
